About AGE
The Organized
Front.
Egypt's game developers and studios were already building. We're the structure that keeps it moving forward, setting the benchmarks, connecting the right people, and turning momentum into measurable progress.
Not a School. Not a Studio.
Not a Government Body.
Egypt has schools training developers, studios building games, and institutions shaping policy. For the first time, AGE is the structure that connects all three. It combines their efforts under one organized front, and points them in the same direction.
Connect
We organize the ecosystem. Not just connect it. Studios, developers, educators, and institutions moving as one front instead of scattered parts.
Empower
We build the pipeline and set the standard together. Salary benchmarks, skill bars, talent matching, decided by the community that represents the industry, not by whoever shouts loudest.
Advocate
We are the body government, academia, and international partners deal with directly. Not a middleman lobbying on behalf of studios, but the recognized front they negotiate with.
Egypt's Game Industry
Was Always Here.
Egypt's game development community has been active for over a decade. AGE is the shared infrastructure of programs, standards, and representation, built by that community, for it.
Studios ship games. Developers build international careers. Communities grow organically. No shared infrastructure to tie any of it together.
No industry standards. No coordinated representation. No body that spoke for Egypt's studios in government rooms, academic halls, or international deal-making tables.
The industry body that steps in, takes ownership, and drives the ecosystem forward, setting standards, opening doors, and holding the front so studios don't have to do it alone.
A Decade of Building
Egypt's game development scene has been active for over a decade. Studios have shipped titles, developers have built careers, and communities have grown organically, and without central coordination.
Shared Infrastructure
AGE provides what independent communities often lack: shared programs, industry standards, a structured platform for collaboration, and coordinated visibility for Egyptian studios internationally.
Open to Everyone
Membership is open to developers at any career stage, studios of any size, academic institutions, community leaders, and international partners. There is a seat for everyone here.
What We Do
Programs and activities run by AGE, open to members across all tiers.
The Board
Six people from across Egypt's game industry: studios, technology, community, and creative programs.
